Rose Theatre Film Library

Welcome to our virtual cinema.

About the Rose Theatre Film Library

The Rose opened as a vaudeville house in 1907. We've experienced the transition from silent film to talkies, Technicolor, digital projection, and we now welcome you to our virtual cinema. Located in the small seaport town of Port Townsend, WA, we endeavor to bring our audiences the best in independent and foreign film, as well as international theatre, dance and opera presentations. More about us here.

We consider our Film Library the fourth of our three unique screens. When you watch a film at the Rose, you're supporting a small family business for whom cinema has always been paramount. Whether you're watching from the other side of the world, or the other side of Taylor Street, welcome.

Please don't hesistate to reach out if you have any questions, or just want a film recommendation.
